Thanks for the tips Benita.  Everyone wants good health but you must be willing to do the things that will help in achieving it.  Take care

Big shout out to the class of 1979! I truly enjoyed seeing everyone at the cookout. The committee did a wonderful job in hosting this event. The food and drinks was plentiful, and delicious. Everything was so organized. I'm grateful for all the hard work that was put into it, and bless to be a part of this great class. It was good to see classmates that I had not seen in years. There were some classmates that came, that had not attended some of the pass events, so it is truly a blessing to fellowship with one another every chance we get. Thanks again to the Cookout Committee for a job well done!

It was great to see everyone and it was clear that the cookout was a HUGE success.  Thank you soooo much for all of the hardwork, the food, fun and fellowship.  You all totally ROCK!

Hello Everyone,

With the Fall Season upon us, it is a bittersweet time, especially for those dealing with a loss.  Fall is the death of what was a full blossomed season of Summer. However, we are aware that Springtime will come again with its special beauty and new life, that will come into full bloom Summer again!  That is the cycle of life!  Life, Death and Life again. This is the Chrisitan belief of what happens to our loved ones who passed on.  Although we know this, death is still hard to accept, even when it is expected in a 90 year old ailing woman. It is especially bittersweet for me at this time of year because it is coming upon my father's 24th anniiversary of death, and my older brother (Darrell's) seventh year of passing.  To help me commemorate their anniversary, I dedicate this fall concert to them.  Attached is a flyer of the Community Concert Choir of Baltimore's Fall Concert this Sunday 11/2/14 at 4:00 PM. It will be held at Enon Baptist Church on Edmondson Avenue and Schroeder Street, Baltimore, MD 21217.  I am typing the information in case the flyer does not come through (Me and technology never mixed.)   It is free and open to the public.  Refreshments will be served afterwards.  The brothers of the Alphas (who is sponsoring the event) will escort people to and from their cars.  My recommendation is to get there early. The venue fills up fast! You will hear some fantastic vocals of legends who used to sing in the Morgan State University Choir (not me), and the Director, Dr. Marco Merrick use to work with the late Dr. Nathan Carter, and even has his style of conducting.  I hope you can make it!

_Peace and Blessings to You all

Good evening Class of 1979.

It is with GREAT sadness that I share with you the news of the passing of our 'beloved' Mr. Harvey Graham (U.S. Government Teacher) and 'my homeroom pet teacher.'

Mr. Grahm passed away early this morning (June 11, 2015).

We shall hold his family in prayer, (especially his childen Brooke,Trevor, and his grandson Tyrin), and  endearing friend, Annie Harding (English Teacher -- another 'pet' teacher of mine).

Homegoing services have not been finalized as of this writing.
