On Sunday, November 13, 2016 of Hyattsville, MD. Beloved wife of Dr. Robert Blaine; loving mother of Dr. Robert (Angela) Blaine, III and the late Joy Hamilton; grandmother of three. She is survived by her son-in-law, Adrian Hamilton and a host of brothers and sisters. Friends may call at Turner Memorial AME church, 7201 16th Place, Hyattsville, MD on Monday, November 28 2016 from 9:30 a.m. until service time at 11 a.m. Interment George Washington Cemetery.

Norma Hood
For many years after graduation, I kept in touch with Mrs. Blaine. We had said that one day we would get together and have lunch. Well, that never happened. I must do better, tomorrow is not promised. Rest in heaven Mrs. Blaine.
Charmaine Thrower (Franklin)
Mrs. Blaine was a wonderful teacher! It is because of her efforts that I starting working in the Federal Government ... and 37 years later ... here I still am ... Wish I could have told her "thank you!"

I can still see Ms. Blaine teaching in class. She was a kindhearted teacher. I regret to hear of her passing, Condolsences are extended to friends and family. She will be sorely missed.
