Tyrone, Victor Colvin and I were all in Ms. Norcome's homeroom together senior year. The 3 of us also lived in the Ledroit Park /Bloomingdale area. Me and Tyrone kept in touch well into our 30's but kinda lost touch when he moved to Richmond in the late 90's. I was shocked to hear of his passing and attended his funeral in 2004. I still miss Ty and think of him often. I feel truly blessed to have friends like Ty and all my other Mckinley Tech family! FOR THE BROTHAS THAT AIN'T HERE.......IT'S SO HARD TO SAY GOODBYE TO YESTERDAY.......

I was very saddened to hear about the loss of Tyrone. I can still remember seeing Tyrone walking down the hall at Tech, saying "hi wanda". Rest in Peace Tyrone!
God knew best.

Ty was a very good friend of mine in High School. We used to cut class go to trip city and then play basketball after school. after graduation in the summer we would all get together and play ball and party. I will never forget Ty...My heart is sad to find out about this loss.
